ARASIA Board of Representatives Meeting at the GC65

<span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_Subject" style="font-size:Small;"><pre><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;">The event will focus on policy and management issues related to the Co-operative Agreement for <br>Arab States in Asia for Research, Development and Training related to Nuclear Science and Technology<br> (ARASIA) technical cooperation programme, as well as operational and procedural matters

regarding ARASIA-related technical cooperation programme planning and implementation.<br>

The Opening Session will be attended by the Deputy Director General for the Technical Cooperation<br>Department(DDG-TC), Director -TCAP and ARASIA Chair.

The Meeting is expected to discuss various issues related to technical and management aspects related to<br> ARASIA as following :

1- Adoption of the Agenda and designation of meeting Rapporteur

2- Report on the implementation of ARASIA TC projects in 2021 (January - August 2021)

3- Report on the proposed ARASIA TC programme 2022-2023

4- Follow up of the ABR's decisions taken during the previous virtual Regional Meeting; June 2021:

- Regional Resource Centers

- ARASIA Guidelines and Operating Rules / Election mechanism for a new chairmanship and secretariat<br>5- Arrangement for the next ARASIA Regional Board of Representatives Meeting in 2022
